Sideshow Collectibles is taking Star Wars Day to the next level with a weeklong celebration beginning April 29 and running through May the 4th. Among the festivities will be two upcoming product previews, an impressive life-size product giveaway, and four new product pre-orders.
The two sneak previews that will be revealed: the Darth Vader Premium Format™ Figure, and the Boba Fett Premium Format™ Figure. Both of these long-awaited fan-favorite pieces are sure to create quite a stir among the Star Wars collecting community.
Sideshow Collectibles is also thrilled to announce the giveaway of a life-size Darth Vader Life-Size Bust Capturing every detail of the Sith Lord in and out of his helmet, this versatile full scale bust has been constructed so that the helmet may be removed to reveal Anakin Skywalker’s scarred visage. The interior of the face and neck portions of the mask are fully detailed to represent all of the wiring and technology necessary to sustain Anakin inside his suit.
To further the celebration, starting May 1st, one new item will be released for pre-order each day:
May 1st: Boba Fett Life-Size Figure – A perfect companion to our Life-Size Han Solo in Carbonite, this piece features Boba Fett’s fabric costume jump suit, light up chest and base, multi-position-able helmet, and moveable range finder.
May 2nd: Jango Fett Sixth Scale Figure – The infamous Jango Fett sixth scale figure boasts a detailed flight suit, blaster pistols, and jetpack with flame attachments.
May 3rd: Yoda Life-Size Figure – The highly detailed Jedi Master, Yoda, comes with a meticulous fabric costume and many more great features.
May 4th: R2-D2 Sixth Scale Figure – This ultimate R2-D2 figure has so many great features – it’s hard to know where to start! R2-D2 has many arm options and attachments, an extending life scanner and periscope, as well as a light up logic function display and holographic projector.
