The officially licensed “Star Wars” cookie cutter set comes with six designs, including Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Chewbacca, Yoda, C-3PO, and a Stormtrooper.

Cut shapes in your gingerbread dough with one side of the cookie cutter and then flip it over to press the design into the dough. For the best results, only use gingerbread dough that doesn’t rise when baked. The “Star Wars” designs work with icing, or not.

ThinkGeek also suggests when making “Star Wars” gingerbread cookies that you preheat the oven; refrigerate the dough before and after cutting the cookies; and use parchment paper instead of greasing a cookie sheet.
