An officially-sanctioned interior model of Dash Rendar’s starship, the Outrider, was on display at Star Wars Celebration 2015. The display confirms that the Outrider, which first appeared in Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, is officially part of the new canonical Star Wars lore.

The Outrider was added to the background of Mos Eisley in A New Hope as part of changes made for the Star Wars Special Edition theatrical release. Recently, Disney redefined the Star Wars canon to include the six theatrical films, Clone Wars and Rebels’ series, new properties announced following the Lucasfilm acquisition, and a few other curious odds and ends.
