STAR WARS STAMPS!!

Royal Mail of Great Britain has partnered with Disney to produce a 12 stamp set, along with many other collectible postal products* to commemorate the new Star Wars film “The Force Awakens”, due in theatres in December 2015.

The stamps will be issued on October 20, 2015 and will be available for purchase in the United States from Herrick Stamp Company, the official distributor for Royal Mail.

These stamps will be available for Pre-order in the near future!

The 12 stamp set:

This set consists of 2 strips of 6 stamps each. Featured on the 1st class stamps are Darth Vader, Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi, a Storm Trooper, Han Solo, Princess Leia, The Emperor, Luke Skywalker, Boba Fett and 3 new characters from the upcoming film – Rey, Finn, and Kylo Ren.

In May 2016 there will be a Worldwide Stamp Expo , held at the Javits Center. The 8 day event with feature stamps from all over the world.
