Via Express.co.uk:
A new Star Wars Battlefront 2 2017 trailer is expected to make its debut in the near future.
Senior Video & Media Director/Editor at DICE, Randy Evans has teased as much, confirming on Twitter recently that he is working on a big new project.
“Today we are off to do some mocap for a very big upcoming trailer. Luke Matthews seen here pondering the ways of the force,” he wrote.
If there was any need for further speculation over what the new project might be about, it appears Evans has offered enough information to point us in the right direction.
For those wondering when that new trailer may arrive, it’s a safe bet that the Star Wars celebrations in April will be the event.
While it’s certain that Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be the main focus, EA are likely to follow up their success in 2013 by debuting their new trailer in the same way.
It was the event that saw the first Star Wars Battlefront remake trailer make its debut, and what with EA working closely with Disney to synchronise games with movie releases, we’re hoping to see another epic clip from the new title.
EA have already confirmed that Star Wars Battlefront 2 is coming later this year and will include a single-player campaign.
Skipping the solo and offline aspects of the originals was pointed out to be one of the biggest criticisms of the Battlefront remake by fans.
