Starring in Star Wars comes with a huge amount of pressure. Daisy Ridley knows this and struggled with it when filming the first film in the new trilogy.
Ridley, who is on the cover of Elle’s December issue, discussed hardships and struggles she had filming “The Force Awakens”.
“I didn’t think I was good in the first film… And I was struggling with that,” she told Elle.
We’re always our own harshest critics, but it’s hard to believe she didn’t like her performance.
She says she had a hard time finding her footing in the earliest days of filming “The Force Awakens”.
“I honestly wanted to die, I thought I was gonna cry. I couldn’t breathe,” Ridley commented.
