The Celebration Collecting Track is pleased to announce that we will once again be doing a series of collecting panels! The Star Wars Collectors’ Stage, located in Room W474, will feature panels by expert collectors from around the world. The panel topics and schedule will be announced shortly.
In keeping with the tradition of the Collecting Track, there is an extra-special bonus for collectors who attend the panels. For every panel held throughout the show on the Collectors Stage, each attendee (to the capacity of the room) will receive an exclusive Star Tot, created and sponsored by collectors for Star Wars Celebration Chicago.
For those unfamiliar with our Tots, they are approximately 2″ tall, flat die cast enameled characters, based on the unproduced Star Tots toy line from 1979. We are also including a mini-medallion inspired by the vintage Power of the Force coins! Star Tots are officially licensed and are an exclusive of Celebration. We will have 20 different characters (one for each panel), and they’re all free! Just attend one of our panels and we’ll hand you one for free as you exit.
These little guys are always a big hit with collectors and fans, and this time around promises to be no different.

Members of the Ohio Star Wars Collectors Club are pleased to present an exclusive collecting opportunity at Star Wars Celebration Chicago: A 23-piece patch set that makes up a full size vintage Kenner Laser Rifle Action Figure Case. The full set when assembled is the same size as the actual toy at over 24” wide!
Forming the center hinge of the case, the OSWCC patch will be available for trade at room sales, at designated times in the Collector Social Room near the Collecting Track and intermittently at the OSWCC booth (#1240) itself.
The other 22 pieces were sponsored by individual club members, and represent different vintage action figures to “fill” the case. Celebration attendees can relive the excitement of hunting down all their favorite Kenner Star Wars figures by finding the following individual OSWCC members to trade for and collect these action figure patches:
Each member, wearing a black badge buddy with their name and sponsored piece shown on a lanyard (as seen below), will be around the OSWCC booth often, in panels in the Collecting Track, and anywhere patch trading is happening. Good luck and MTFBWY!
