Star Wars Battlefront grows today with the launch of the game’s latest expansion, Bespin. It’s out now for people who own the Season Pass, and will be available for everyone else on July 5.
The expansion adds five new maps set in the cloud city of Bespin, as well as two new hero characters, Lando Calrissian and Dengar. There is also a new mode, Sabotage, as well as more weapons and Star Cards.
Though the update is only available to Season Pass owners right now, everyone gets a new game update that adds some new content and features and makes a long list of changes. First, the level cap is raised from 60 to 70, while there also also new unlocks for the Bespin wing guard (Rebel) and the Shock Trooper (Empire).
In terms of gameplay changes, Battlefront will now explain why, in some cases, you are not able to spawn on your partner with these written explanations: “Partner is in danger,” “Partner is out of bounds,” “Partner is inside a vehicle,” or “Partner is dead.”
